7th Chord Arpeggios Using Two String Mini-Sweeps – Guitar Lesson

In this free video guitar lesson from guitarlessons365.com we will take a look at a cool sweeping technique that you can use to play 7th chord arpeggios on just two strings.

This technique can be very useful all over the fretboard and I encourage you to take these arpeggio shapes and visualize them across all string sets on the fretboard.

I show you briefly how to do that towards the end of the video but it is essential to use them on all strings and to try and memorize the formula for every 7th chord arpeggio as well.

It may take a little while to get the coordination down for this technique even if you have done sweep picking before. Most sweep picking sequences use more than two strings so it may take a little time getting used to isolating the movement to just two strings.

However, I think the cool sound of this mini-sweep technique with these arpeggio shapes is well worth it. Grab the TAB below.

Hey Scott, thanks a bunch for wanting to support the site with a Premium subscription! Unfortunately, I don’t really have any CDs of my own for sale yet, but I am sure that will happen sometime in the future when I can find the time to record one. 🙂

      Cheers! Carl..
