Let Her Go Guitar Lesson Videos – Passenger

In these two guitar lesson videos we will take a look at the smash hit "Let Her Go" by Passenger.

I break the lessons up into two parts. The first video is gonna take care of all the fingerstyle guitar parts and the second video will teach the strummed chord progressions for the verse, chorus, bridge and outro.

This Let Her Go guitar lesson may take a little bit to master for the average guitarist. The finger picked intro is the real challenge in the song.

While you are studying the intro, try to make note of the repeats. After you start seeing the patterns everything gets lot easier to retain.

Once the full band enters and the acoustic strumming begins the song gets quite a bit easier to play. The second lesson video will cover all of those parts.

In order to follow this Let He Go guitar lesson you will need a capo. The entire finger picked intro and intro chorus use a capo at the 7th fret.

Well that about does it for my speech, I hope you guys enjoy the song!

I like your videos a lot. I would like a few john mayer songs.

Great video, I can play it properly now! I do have one request for you, I’ve been trying to look for a fingerstyle version of Am I Wrong – Nico & Vinz, a fairly recent song, because it does sounds pretty awesome when you listen to the ones on YouTube! So I was wondering, as long as you had the time, could you put a tutorial up on this website on how to play the fingerstyle version? Thank you!

Carl, I don’t know if you’ll ever get notified about this comment but just wanted to express my thankfulness for all these guitar lessons. I’ve been playing a guitar since 2013 but since last month never had a similar level of enthusiasm to play.
The posted lessons allow me to develop more feeling and most importantly, a true joy coming from playing a single note. I’ll definitely join your academy after a while. Till then… just keep up with good work!

    Thanks once more! Rock on!
    Tom
