Tears Don’t Fall Guitar Lesson – Bullet For My Valentine

In this Tears Don't Fall guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play this massive hit by Bullet For My Valentine note-for-note.

The tuning is drop "C" tuning. That is, starting from the 6th string, C G C F A D.

We have a lot to cover in this one since most of the sections of "Tears Don't Fall" have two separate guitar parts. I will take you through each one of these sections and demonstrate each guitar part for either Matt or Padge.

Some of the riffs, especially the main chorus riffs are quite easy to play. But, once we get to the interlude, harmony guitar, and guitar solo sections, all bets are off and things ramp up to quite a high technical level.

The solo is very challenging but uses a repeated lick for most of the fast stuff (except for the big ol' sweep picked part!). Isolating this pattern first, then putting it together in the song will make it much easier to get up to speed and I will demonstrate how to do that in the video lesson.

I will take you through all of this note-fore-note.

Have fun learning "Tears Don't Fall", it is definitely a fun one! Carl...
