In this Big Bang Baby guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play all of Dean DeLeo's guitar parts for this Stone Temple Pilots hit.
The tuning is standard tuning.
There is a great riff that kicks everything off with fast moving power chords that can be quite the challenge to get up to tempo.
The pre-chorus is a dissonant series of half-step bends and open strings that create sort of a sitar vibe. Very clever stuff!
And of course it wouldn't be a Dean DeLeo track without some very unique chord voicings which he gives us in the chorus.
