In this Juke Box Hero guitar lesson video, I will teach you how to play this smash hit rock classic by Foreigner note-for-note.
The tuning is standard tuning, E A D G B E
Guitarist Mick Jones play some understated by highly effective rhythm guitar parts throughout most of the song. There are a couple of licks in the chorus that can be a bit challenging, but other than that, the riffs shouldn't present to big of an issue for the intermediate level guitarist.
For the solo, Mick Jones plays some very tasty blues based lines that can be quite challenging to get up to the album tempo at times. This is especially true for the very last lick in the solo which is absolutely killer and my favorite part of the solo by far. I will take you through each phrase of the solo so that you can get as close as possible the original.
