Passenger Guitar Lesson – Deftones

In this Passenger guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play this great song by the Deftones off of their White Pony album note-for-note.

The tuning is drop C tuning. That is, starting from the 6th string, C G C F A D.

Stephen Carpenter is a master at writing unorthodox but catchy guitar riffs. He usually throws in lots of ethereal sounds around those riffs, and his guitar work for "Passenger" is no different.

I will take you through each section of the song in the order that each appears on the original recording. Nothing too challenging to play in this for the intermediate level player and above.
