In this Take On Me Guitar Lesson video, I will show you how to play this massive 80's pop hit by a-ha on the guitar.

The tuning is standard tuning, E A D G B E.

I will take you through each section of "Take On Me" in the order that each of them appears on the original recording. This will include not only the chords, but all of the main synth melodies as well.

We will be using quite a few barre chords throughout the song, and those chords can move around the fretboard pretty fast, so you will want to have those chord types pretty well nailed before attempting to learn this arrangement.
