Cold Shot Guitar Lesson – Stevie Ray Vaughan

In this Cold Shot guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play this great song from Stevie Ray Vaughan note-for-note.

The tuning is Eb standard tuning. That is, starting from the 6th string, Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb. Or if your tuner displays the chromatic notes as sharps instead of flats, those notes will be D# G# C# F# A# D#.

There is a lot of cool stuff to practice in this one. "Cold shot" is an excellent song to practice rhythm and muting skills. I will cover all of the riffs and chords and give you a detailed look about how to practice the rhythms to give them that swing that Stevie did.

I will also go through Stevie's killer guitar solo note-for-note. Lot of cool blues licks of course, delivered in a fashion that only Stevie could.

I hope you guys enjoy this one! Carl...
