Don’t Let Me Down Guitar Lesson – The Beatles

In this Don't Let Me Down guitar lesson video, I will show you all of the guitar chords and fills for this great song by The Beatles.

Throughout the entire song, there are two completely separate guitar parts. For this lesson, I will always demonstrate John Lennon's guitar parts for a particular section first, followed by George Harrison's parts for that same section.

The tuning is standard tuning.

When you watch the live Apple rooftop performance of Don't Let Me Down, you might notice that there are certain sections of the audio, mainly a lot of George Harrison's fills, that are overdubbed after the fact. I am basing this lesson off of the studio recording because there are some fills that appear on that recording, including by John Lennon, that don't appear on the live performance.

When these two guitar parts come together, it makes for a very full and intricate sound. There are some absolutely fantastic fills played throughout the entire song and those fills seem to weave around the other guitar in the mix.

I hope you enjoy this in-depth breakdown on this great classic by The Beatles!
