Wake Me Up When September Ends – Green Day

FavoriteLoadingBookmark this Lesson.

This very popular Green Day song is easily one of their most basic. Beginner guitar players looking for a nice tune to play will really like how simple this one is.

There are a couple of slightly tricky parts if you are a total beginner, but if you have any playing experience at all I think this tune will be a good one for you to try.

In these Wake Me Up When September Ends guitar lesson videos we have everything from arpeggiated picking patterns, barre chords, power chords and even a nice solo.

So for all of you Green Day fans out there, have fun with this one. Even if your not a Green Day fan but are looking for a nice entry level tune to play, I think you will enjoy playing this one.

The Wake Me Up When September Ends guitar lesson videos are 4 videos in all, including a full performance for study. Enjoy!

If these free lessons help you, please donate to keep new ones coming daily. Thanks!! 🙂

I wish I knew, but that video was shot over 4 years ago so I can’t remember.

I can tell you that I was using a Line 6 POD X3 live to record all my lessons at that time. 🙂

      Carl..
