Blackout Guitar Lesson – Muse
In this Blackout guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play this beautiful song by Muse off of their Absolution album.
The tuning is standard tuning.
This song's instrumentation is mostly just an orchestra synth patch. I have simply transcribed that for guitar and it came out quite good.
The chord work is very nice and the consistent picking pattern makes it pretty easy to play.
There are only two chord progressions for the entire song so hopefully you will be able to get this one under your fingers quickly. I think it will also work equally great on acoustic guitar even though I am playing electric guitar in the video.
