Bryan Adams – Heaven Guitar Lesson (Acoustic)
In this Heaven guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play all of the chords for this hit ballad by the great Bryan Adams.
I chose to base this lesson off of the acoustic performance he usually does of this song. For the most part, I will be showing you how he plays "Heaven" on acoustic live, but will also add a couple more chord voicings in there that will more closely match the original recording.
The tuning is standard tuning.
The intro is quite a bit different that the original recording. Bryan Adams came up with a simple little arpeggiated picking sequence that sets the upcoming verse chord progression up well.
The chords in the song are relatively simple to play, although Bryan Adams does typically play the barre chords in the Hendrix style with the thumb playing the notes on the bass string.
However, feel free to play it like a standard barre chord.
I hope you guys enjoy learning this great 80's ballad from Bryan Adams!

Awesome lesson! My wife digs this one.
Hoping for Bad Company’s “No Smoke Without a Fire”. Any chance?
Do you have a version with the electric guitar?
