Get The Funk Out Guitar Lesson – Extreme – Famous Riffs

Today's famous riff lesson comes to you via funk hard rockers Extreme and their killer riff in "Get The Funk Out".

Nuno Bettencourt has long been one of my favorite guitar players not only for his incredibly melodic and virtuosic solos, but also for his amazing rhythm work.

In this Get The Funk Out guitar lesson I will teach you the main chorus riff in "Get the Funk Out". It is funky, has large stretches and some really interesting hooks to sink your teeth into.

This is definitely one you going to want to take slow since it's probably at least an intermediate level riff, so if you're not at that point yet in may take a bit longer.

If you're unfamiliar with the song I high recommend checking it out. Besides this killer riff there are so many cool guitar parts in Get The Funk Out as well as virtually every other Extreme song.

The solo for Get the Funk Out in particular is one of the high points of this era's guitar work, it has everything in it.

As always with my famous riff and famous solo lessons, if you can get this lesson to get 1000 likes on YouTube I will teach the entire song including the solo note-for-note.
