Muse – Supermassive Black Hole Guitar Lesson

In this Supermassive Black Hole guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play this massive hit by Muse note-for-note.

The tuning is standard tuning.

Matthew Bellamy plays some pretty stripped down guitar riffs, along with some that are quite unique in "Supermassive Black Hole".

The riff that starts the song contains sort of a funky feel about it while playing some slight bends along with the low E string.

During the verse we have a slight variation on that riff.

The chorus contains a pretty unique use of octave shapes and single notes. It is definitely the most involved section of the song guitar-wise.

The solo is very short with some strange sounding guitar effects. But is is pretty easy to play.

I hope you guys enjoy playing this fun track from Muse.
